Deputy Manager Project Management

Job Summary

The role is responsible for ensuring work is completed on time and accurately, managing financial targets, developing the team, achieving business goals, and following all regulatory and risk requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations: Ensure daily tasks are completed on time and meet agreed quality and SLA standards. Support the creation, renewal, and approval of SLAs based on business and client requirements.
2. Financial Management: Forecast monthly revenue, achieve revenue targets, and manage costs within the agreed budget. Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
3. Team Management: Monitor employee attrition and keep it within targets. Support employee development through training and career growth opportunities.
4. Business Goals & Compliance: Align team goals with organizational objectives and effectively implement management initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements and support the transition of new business.
5. Continuous Improvement: Encourage teamwork, improve processes, and drive operational excellence within the Voice Process.

Requirements:

• 5-8 yrs of experience into Project Management
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Willing to work from the office
• Must have either PMP or PRINCE2 certification
