We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Commercial Sales professional with 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales for our Faridabad location.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial real estate projects, generating new business opportunities, managing clients and channel partners, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Faridabad commercial real estate market, an established network of brokers/channel partners, and a proven track record of closing commercial property transactions
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
