DFT RTL/Implementation: Must have very good understanding of all standard dfx requirements and implementation methods. Must have worked on constraints, timing closure support, verification closure support, VnC debug support, etc. Experience with Tessent is a plus. Must have good understanding of ICL/PDL. Experience with converting functional tests to PDLs is a plus. IOBIST/Repair knowledge / experience is a plus. Must have good communication skills; and ability to work with different teams.
