Digital Learning Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visual content.
• Create storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments.
• Develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
• Manage and publish learning content through the LMS.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D team.
• Ensure content meets brand and quality standards.
• Support AR/VR/Mixed Reality learning projects.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.

Experience :

• 0–2 years of experience in digital content production.
• Freshers from relevant design programmes can also apply.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong skills in visual design, video production and image creation, with a portfolio.

Good to Have:

• Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
• Storyboarding & instructional content sequencing
• Basic instructional design and adult learning principles
• LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPI
• AI-assisted content creation tools such as HeyGen or equivalent
• Good communication, attention to detail, collaboration and learning agility.
