Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Sales Head – Odisha to lead our pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations across the state.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributors and stockists, managing the sales team, expanding market coverage, and driving business growth across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-level sales and marketing strategies
\n
• Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives, Area Managers, and Regional Sales Manager
\n
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
\n
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, doctors, hospitals, and other relevant customers
\n
• Plan product launches, territory expansion, and business development activities
\n
• Monitor sales performance, collections, inventory, and market feedback
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical marketing requirements
\n

Candidate Profile

\n
• B. Sc / B.Pharm with M Pharm / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
\n
• 8–15 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience preferred
\n
• Prior experience in Odisha market management and sales team leadership
\n
• Strong distributor network and knowledge of the pharmaceutical trade
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
\n
• Willingness to travel across Odisha
\n

Compensation
