Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive
We are hiring an Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive for an on-site role in Santacruz, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Success
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong sales, conversion and objection-handling skills
• Experience in achieving revenue/sales targets
• CRM and follow-up management experience
• EdTech experience is preferred
• Comfortable working 6 days a week, 10 AM–7 PM, on-site
