WE’RE HIRING - SENIOR PROGRAM ADVISOR Locations: Noida Experience: 1+ Years Industry: Ed-Tech / Education Salary: Competitive + Incentives Working Days: 6 Days a Week ⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time We’re looking for target-driven and passionate Education Counsellors / Senior Program Advisors to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups. • Counsel students for UG & PG / Study Abroad programs . • Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements. • Recommend suitable courses, universities and study destinations. • Handle queries, objections and guide students through the admission journey. • Convert leads into successful applications/admissions and achieve sales targets. • Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads through CRM. • Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth student experience. Requirements ✅ Minimum 1+ Year experience in Sales / Counselling ✅ Any Ed-Tech sales/counselling experience is acceptable ✅ UG/PG counselling experience preferred ✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi ✅ Strong convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills ✅ Target-oriented and comfortable working 6 days a week
