PKF Consulting Services LLP is a client-facing consulting practice delivering ERP transformation, process documentation, and technical architecture advisory across industries. We work closely with clients to assess readiness, design future-state processes, and support technology-led business transformation.

Role Purpose

The Senior ERP Consultant will lead end-to-end ERP transformation workstreams for client engagements — from readiness assessment and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live support — while mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP readiness assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
\n
• Own business requirement documentation (BRDs), process flows, and to-be design for assigned modules
\n
• Drive ERP configuration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning
\n
• Act as primary consultant liaison with client business and IT stakeholders
\n
• Identify risks and process gaps and recommend practical, implementable solutions
\n
• Review and guide the work of IT Analysts/junior consultants on the engagement
\n
• Support project governance — status reporting, steering committee updates, and issue escalation
\n
• Contribute to proposal development and solution estimation for new engagements
\n

Must-Have Skills & Experience

\n
• 5–7 years of ERP consulting experience across at least one full implementation lifecycle
\n
• Deep functional expertise in one or more ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales/CRM, or similar) on SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite
\n
• Strong track record of client-facing delivery, requirement gathering, and solution design
\n
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team of analysts/consultants
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills
\n
• Willingness to travel to client locations, including outstation/international as needed
\n

Good to Have

\n
• ERP certification(s) in the relevant module/platform
\n
• Experience across multiple industries (manufacturing, retail, services, BFSI, etc.)
\n
• Exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, or proposal writing
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field
\n
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
\n
