Salary range - Junior Mid Job Description: Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic troubleshooting Manage device lifecycle (allocation, tracking, refresh, decommission) Support OS (Windows/Mac), software installation, and patching Handle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS/DHCP) Use tools like Intune/SCCM for device management Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance Support onboarding/offboarding and user setup Maintain asset and support documentation Escalate complex issues to L3 teams Experience: L1: 1–3 years L2: 3–5 years
