We are hiring experienced expatriate professionals to join a leading TOPCon solar cell manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India. We are looking for professionals from APAC and European countries with direct, hands-on experience in TOPCon solar cell manufacturing. Open Positions Cell Process Engineers Cell Process Technicians Process Head 7 positions in total Key Responsibilities TOPCon solar cell manufacturing processes Process optimization and control Yield improvement Production troubleshooting Monitoring and improving process performance on TOPCon production lines Mandatory Requirements Direct, hands-on experience in TOPCon solar cell manufacturing Experience with an established solar cell manufacturing facility Strong experience in process engineering, production, or process management within TOPCon cell manufacturing Fluent English communication – reading, writing, understanding and speaking Willingness to take up an expatriate assignment in India Comfortable working in a solar manufacturing / production environment Location Gujarat, India International Opportunity We are particularly interested in experienced professionals currently based in or with relevant experience across APAC and Europe.
