Executive - Residential Sales

Job Description

• Attend to walk-in customers, assess client needs effectively, and address needs through prompt and timely services.
• Generate leads for sales of residential units.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the lead.
• Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms.
• Assist customers to secure bank loans and ensure timely disbursement from the bank.
• To update all customer data and transactions in C4C.
• Channel Partner engagement and generating new leads.
• Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other related work assigned to you by senior authorities.
