Role Description The Finance Accounts Specialist is a full-time role responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations at 3N Healthcare. This hybrid position is based in Delhi/NCR, India. Daily activities include maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also entails overseeing payroll administration, reconciling bank and account balances, monitoring budget performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide analytical support for management reporting, and assist in improving financial workflows and controls.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a professional qualification (CA, CWA, CS - qualified or semi-qualified). Commerce graduates without a professional qualification please don't apply.
- Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances.
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, including budgeting, cost control, and general ledger management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software (like Zoho, Odoo etc.) and MS Excel.
- Results-oriented professional comfortable taking full ownership of their workstream in an Individual capacity.
- Experience working with a MNC is a plus.
Budget: INR 10-12 lakhs per annum
