Finance Executive - Treasury

Job Description

Location: Kochi,Kerala

Experience: 1-2 years

Work Model: Work From Office , Night Shift( 5pm-2am)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily cash balances to ensure sufficient funds for business operations.
\n
• Managing fund transfers between accounts and ensuring timely payments.
\n
• Performing daily/monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
\n
• Verifying and recording all financial transactions related to treasury operations.
\n
• Coordinating with banks for fund transfers, loan documentation, and account management.
\n
• Assisting in treasury budgeting and forecasting cash requirements.
\n
• Coordinating with auditors for treasury-related data and reports.
\n
• Ensuring proper record-keeping for all financial transactions.
\n

Qualification & Experience:

\n
• Graduation in finance stream with minimum 50%
\n
• 1-2 years of experience in Payment processing and reconciliation.
\n
• Strong reporting and documentation skills. Interpersonal skills and team player to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Multi-tasking and time management to work under tight schedules.
