Our flagship platform, AegisVision , delivers Vision AI solutions for large-scale industrial operations including PPE compliance, safety monitoring, defect detection, and process analytics . Deployed at the edge across heavy industries, infrastructure, and critical facilities, AegisVision enables real-time insights and operational efficiency. We are expanding our field delivery team to support a growing customer base across India. Technical Skills Required Core Skills PLC Programming & Troubleshooting Siemens (S7-300/400/1200/1500), Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric Ability to read ladder logic and function block diagrams SCADA / HMI Platforms Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch / AVEVA, Ignition, iFIX or similar Industrial Communication Protocols Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC-UA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, MQTT Network Configuration Switches, VLANs, static IPs, firewall rules, VPN setup across IT & OT environments Software Deployment Installation and configuration on Windows & Linux Logs analysis and troubleshooting (application vs environment issues) Camera & Video Systems IP cameras, RTSP streams, ONVIF protocol, basic optics and lighting setup for industrial environments Edge Hardware Setup GPU-based inference nodes, industrial PCs Hardware configuration and driver setup Good to Have Industrial robotics and automation ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots (cobots) Understanding of robot I/O, safety zones, and integration with external systems Familiarity with DCS platforms Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA) Exposure to Vision AI or image-based inspection systems Understanding of model inference, confidence thresholds, bounding boxes, alert logic Experience in heavy industries (Oil & Gas, Power, Ports, Logistics, Defence) Docker and containerized deployments Key Responsibilities Deploy and commission AegisVision at customer facilities — from hardware rack to live inference Integrate with existing PLC, SCADA , and automation systems; map signals and validate data flows Configure site network, edge nodes, cameras, and all peripheral infrastructure Run customer walkthroughs and handover sessions — plant managers, IT leads, safety officers, and operators Own post-deployment support for your sites — diagnose, escalate where needed, close issues cleanly Relay field observations back to product and engineering — you're the ground truth Work Environment & Expectations Frequent pan-India travel (field-based role) Ability to confidently lead technical discussions with customers Strong sense of ownership and accountability Self-driven with effective time and task management Proactive communication of progress and challenges Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge Vision AI and industrial automation solutions Opportunity to work across diverse industries and large-scale deployments High ownership and fast-growing environment
