Job Description
Job Description
Founding Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)
\nCreate qualified enterprise conversations and help build Opsolute's first repeatable outbound sales motion.
\nLocation : Bengaluru - hybrid, with regular in-person working sessions
\nEmployment : Full- time
\nExperience: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS outbound, enterprise SDR/BDR, inside sales or a closely related
\nrole.
\nWork with : Fractional GTM Operator, Founder, GTM Research & Operations Specialist, Brand &
\nContent Lead and Design.
\nWhy 'Founding'
\nYou will be one of the first people responsible for turning Opsolute's enterprise GTM strategy into a repeatable prospecting and qualification motion. You will not inherit a mature script and simply dial through a list. You will help discover what works, document it, improve it and establish the operating standard for future SDRs.
\nImportant : This is a founding execution role, not a people-management title. The opportunity to lead others should be earned by building a credible motion and demonstrating coaching and operating maturity.
\nThe role:
\nYou will create thoughtful conversations with senior engineering and finance leaders at AWS-heavy companies. You will use account intelligence, clear business hypotheses and persistent multi-channel outreach to earn qualified discovery meetings and help progress early opportunities.
\nWe are not looking for a call-centre approach. Raw activity matters only when it improves coverage, learning or conversion. The standard is relevance, credibility, qualification discipline and reliable follow-through.
\nWhat you will own:
\nEnterprise prospecting
\n- \n
- Own human outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn for assigned target accounts in India, followed by UAE/MENA and APAC. \n
- Engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering directors, SRE/platform leaders, FinOps leaders, CFOs and finance controllers with persona-relevant hypotheses. \n
- Use account briefs and signals to personalize outreach \n
- Build multi-threaded account coverage rather than depending on one contact or one channel. \n
Qualification and meeting conversion
\n- \n
- Validate whether there is a plausible fit: cloud environment, scale or spend, relevant pain, accountable owner, willingness to explore and a specific next step. \n
- Earn qualified discovery or demo meetings. \n
- Prepare a concise meeting brief covering the account hypothesis, stakeholders, evidence, conversation history and desired outcome. \n
Learning and playbook development
\n- \n
- Test approved changes to opening lines, value hypotheses, personas, call timing, follow-up and channel mix. \n
- Help document the call framework, qualification standard, objection library and follow-up playbook for the next SDR hire. \n
- Give actionable market feedback to product, content and design without turning anecdotes into unsupported conclusions. \n
Your first 90 days:
\nFirst 30 days
\n- \n
- Learn the product, customer problems, ICP, personas, qualification standard and current pipeline. \n
- Complete message, call and objection role-plays and begin controlled outreach to approved accounts. \n
- Demonstrate reliable CRM hygiene, follow-up and meeting preparation. \n
Days 31-60
\n- \n
- Build consistent multi-channel coverage across priority Indian accounts. \n
- Improve qualified-meeting and show rates through weekly call review and evidence-based iteration. \n
- Demonstrate that you can independently prepare and progress a qualified enterprise conversation. \n
Days 61-90
\n- \n
- Contribute to a sustainable team run rate of 3-5 genuinely qualified meetings per week, while protecting enterprise quality. \n
- Help the overall GTM motion reach 5-7 accepted qualified opportunities or pilots by Day 90. \n
- Produce reusable call, objection, qualification and follow-up practices for the next stage of the SDR function. \n
What we are looking for:
\n- \n
- 2-4 years of hands-on B2B SaaS outbound BDR experience in enterprise. \n
- Comfort using a CRM, Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, claude and call-recording/coaching workflows. \n
Preference, but not mandatory:
\n- \n
- Experience selling cloud infrastructure, FinOps, DevOps, observability, cybersecurity or developer tools. \n
- Experience prospecting into AWS-heavy organizations or navigating multiple personas within one enterprise account. \n
- Experience helping an early-stage company create its first outbound playbook. \n
How to apply:
\nPlease share your resume to gurneet.kaur@opsolute.io and a short note about one outbound motion you personally executed. Include the target buyer, channels used, what made a meeting qualified, your approximate outcomes and one change you made after reviewing the evidence. You may anonymize company and customer information.
