Overall 10+ years‘ experience:
5+ years hands-on GIS (Geographic Information System) Development
5+ years Technical Project Management / Delivery Management
Telecom / GIS / Geospatial / Network Spatial Systems
Jira – project tracking, sprint, backlog, dashboard & reporting
Azure DevOps (ADO) – working knowledge
Agile / Scrum / SDLC
Cloud Migration / Application Modernization exposure
Strong stakeholder & customer management
Preferred: ArcGIS / ESRI, Telecom BSS/OSS, Network GIS, PMP/Agile certification.
