Global Feasibility Analyst

Role: Global Feasibility Analyst

Reports to: VP – Global Proposals / Associate Director – Proposals & Feasibility

Role Overview:

Responsible for evaluating the feasibility of global clinical trials, analysing clinical and market data, supporting RFIs, proposals and budgets, and coordinating the global feasibility process.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a similar Feasibility role within a CRO/SMO.
• Science degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing clinical trial protocols.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials, data analysis and feasibility/enrollment modelling.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and work independently.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, SMEs and external sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct global clinical trial feasibility and enrollment forecasting.
• Review protocols, RFIs and feasibility requests across study phases.
• Gather, analyse and summarise clinical, patient, site and market data.
• Prepare reports, presentations and graphics to support proposals and bids.
• Coordinate internal/external site feasibility activities and SME inputs.
• Maintain feasibility libraries, trackers, CRM and financial systems.
• Support proposal development, budgets and commercial activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of feasibility processes and tools.
