Now Hiring: Global SAP S/4HANA Functional Data Consultant – Source to Pay, Coupa We are hiring for our client! Location: India | 100% Remote ⏰ Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Team: Global | APAC & EMEA Availability: Candidates available to start on short notice are preferred We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Data Consultant to support a large-scale global S/4HANA transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP functional and data professional who understands business processes, SAP master data, data migration, and global ERP transformation. Key Responsibilities • Partner with global business stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with standardized S/4HANA processes • Translate business process requirements into master and transactional data requirements • Support global template design, data harmonization, standardization, and governance • Define data objects, attributes, mandatory fields, business rules, validations, and derivations • Support data cleansing, enrichment, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation • Participate in mock conversions, data loads, migration testing, and cutover activities • Ensure data quality and readiness for end-to-end business process execution • Collaborate with Business Process Owners, SAP Functional Teams, and Data Enablement teams • Support global transformation initiatives across multiple regions and business functions Must-Have Qualifications • 1o + years of SAP functional experience with a strong data focus • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA • S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience strongly preferred • Experience with large-scale global SAP/ERP implementations • Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects, including Material, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, PIRs, Source Lists, Outline Agreements, Pricing, Routings, Customer , etc. • Strong experience with data migration, data mapping, cleansing, harmonization, and validation • Understanding of S/4HANA data model changes vs. ECC • Coupa experience – HUGE PLUS • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams ⭐ Preferred / Standout Qualifications • Strong SAP MM / Procurement / Source-to-Pay (STP/S2P) experience • Coupa experience – HUGE PLUS • SAP MDG or similar data governance experience • Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, ADM, LVM, or ETL tools • Previous experience as a Functional Data Lead / Data Domain Lead / Process Data Lead • Experience defining global templates and harmonized data models • Knowledge of data quality tools and metrics • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or asset-intensive industries Ideal Candidate Profile SAP S/4HANA + Greenfield + Procurement/STP + Master Data + Data Migration + Global ERP Implementation Candidates with Coupa + SAP S/4HANA + Procurement + Functional Data experience are especially encouraged to apply. ⚠️ Interview Timing: The hiring manager will be on PTO from October 5–19 , so candidates should expect potential delays in interview scheduling and feedback during this period.
