Position: General Manager
Location: Goa | Industry: Hospitality
We are looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Goa property and drive revenue, profitability, occupancy and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOP
• Develop Sales & Revenue Growth strategies
• Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups, Travel Trade & Leisure
• Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
• Lead Sales & Marketing with clear targets and accountability
• Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitability
REQUIREMENTS
• 12–18 years of Hospitality experience
• Strong background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Development
• Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferred
• Strong Goa market network will be an advantage
• Commercial mindset with strong leadership and business development skills
