*About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced *Government Liaisoning Officer* with strong exposure to civil construction tenders and government departments. The role is focused on identifying opportunities early, building departmental relationships, and taking projects from *budget/DPR stage to tender award*.

*Key Responsibilities*

\n
• Track upcoming works, budgets, sanctions and tenders across *CPWD, PWD, MES, Railways, PSUs, JJM, AMRUT, Smart City*
\n
• Monitor *CPPP, GeM and State e-Procurement portals*
\n
• Review NITs and assess eligibility
\n
• Build strong relationships with government officers and departments
\n
• Attend departmental visits and pre-bid meetings
\n
• Coordinate bid documentation and tender submissions
\n
• Support enlistments, registrations and tender follow-up
\n

*We're Looking For*

5–12 years in Government Liaisoning / Business Development – Civil Construction*

Strong network across *Delhi NCR / North India*

Hands-on experience with *CPPP, GeM & e-Procurement*

Good knowledge of NITs, DPRs, sanctions and tender processes

Own vehicle and strong field mobility

Clean professional track record

*Preferred:* Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree + proven government tender wins.
