Job Title: HCS / Workday Tester - Offshore Location: Offshore - India Remote Job Description: We are looking for a Workday Tester with strong hands-on testing experience. Key Responsibilities: Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression & E2E Testing for Workday HCM Create and execute detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios & Test Cases Perform defect logging, tracking and retesting in JIRA/ALM Validate Workday configurations, business processes & integrations Support UAT and collaborate with functional team Required Skills: 3+ Years of experience in Workday HCM Testing (Not Techno-Functional) Strong expertise in Test Case Writing, Test Plan Creation & Execution Experience in Functional, SIT, Regression Testing Good understanding of Workday HCM modules Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skill
