Job Title: Head – Commercial (Freight Forwarding)

Job Purpose
Lead our commercial function and drive revenue, profitability, and growth across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage pricing, rate negotiations, tenders, quotations, and major contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, airlines, agents, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, trade lanes, and market segments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team.
- Prepare MIS, revenue, GP (Gross Profit), and margin analysis to report to senior management.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics with a strong commercial background.
- Strong domain knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and international trade lanes.
- Expertise in pricing, procurement, carrier negotiations, and commercial contracts.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and people management skills.
CTC in Thai Baht - 120000 - 150000 per month
