About UniVisory
\nUniVisory Global Education is a premium global education and university admissions organisation working with ambitious high-school students aspiring to the world's leading universities, including the Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge and other highly selective institutions across the US, UK and globally.
\nOur work goes significantly beyond conventional college counselling.
\nThrough an integrated ecosystem spanning university admissions strategy, student profile development, academic research, test preparation, innovation, social impact and application development, we help students build the academic depth, intellectual curiosity and differentiated profiles required for highly selective global admissions.
\nUniVisory's ecosystem includes:
\nUniVisory – end-to-end global university admissions and profile development
\nTheoria Research Academy – advanced 1:1 research mentorship for high-school students
\nTestXperts – technology-enabled SAT and university entrance test preparation
\nInnovation, Social Impact and Experiential Learning initiatives designed to help students translate interests into meaningful real-world work
\nWe work closely with students and families through a highly personalised model, with a strong emphasis on academic rigour, authentic profile building and long-term student outcomes.
\nAs we enter our next phase of growth, we want to take this expertise beyond individual families and build deep, long-term partnerships with leading schools.
\nFor this reason, we are creating a new leadership position: Head – School Partnerships.
\nThe person joining us will have the opportunity to build this function from the ground up — beginning with leading schools across India and progressively developing our institutional presence in the UAE and Singapore.
\nAbout the Role
\nUniVisory is looking for a senior education professional to build and lead our School Partnerships function.
\nThis is a newly created leadership role with a clear mandate: build meaningful, long-term relationships with leading schools and create partnerships that deliver genuine value to students, parents and school communities.
\nWe are specifically looking for someone who already has strong, trusted relationships with leadership across 25–30+ reputed schools in India — relationships where a Principal, School Director, Founder, Trustee or senior Counsellor knows you, trusts you and will take your call.
\nThis is not a conventional school sales or business-development role. We are looking for someone who understands schools, commands credibility within the ecosystem, and can convert relationships into high-quality institutional partnerships.
\nOver time, the role will also help expand UniVisory's school partnerships into UAE and Singapore.
\nWhat You Will Own
\n1. Build UniVisory's School Partnerships Function
\nYou will build this function from the ground up — defining how we engage schools, what creates genuine value for them, and how individual relationships evolve into sustained institutional partnerships.
\n2. Activate & Deepen Senior School Relationships
\nBuild direct engagement with:
\nPrincipals and Heads of School
\nFounders, Promoters and Trustees
\nSchool Directors and senior management
\nCollege/Career Counselling Heads
\nAcademic and Curriculum Leadership
\nThe expectation is not simply to create a large database of schools. It is to develop deep relationships with the right institutions and decision-makers.
\n3. Create High-Value Institutional Partnerships
\nWork with schools to identify areas where UniVisory can meaningfully strengthen student outcomes and parent engagement through areas such as:
\nGlobal university admissions and readiness
\nStudent profile and extracurricular development
\nResearch and academic enrichment
\nSAT and university entrance preparation
\nCareer and major exploration
\nParent education and awareness
\nWorkshops, masterclasses and school-specific initiatives
\nThe objective is to create partnerships that schools themselves consider valuable — rather than simply selling programs into schools.
\n4. Represent UniVisory with School Leadership
\nBecome a senior institutional face of UniVisory.
\nLead conversations, presentations and strategic meetings with school leadership and represent UniVisory at relevant school forums, conferences and education networks.
\n5. Build a Sustainable School Pipeline
\nDevelop a focused pipeline of high-quality schools across key Indian markets.
\nSuccess will be measured not simply by the number of schools contacted, but by:
\nAccess → Engagement → Partnership → Student/Parent Impact → Long-term Relationship
\n6. Expand into UAE & Singapore
\nIndia will be the immediate priority.
\nAs the school partnership model develops, build relationships with leading international schools in the UAE and Singapore and identify opportunities for strategic expansion.
\nExisting relationships in either market would be a strong advantage, but are not mandatory.
\nWho We Are Looking For
\nThe ideal candidate will bring:
\n10+ years of experience in education, school partnerships, institutional relations, school leadership, counselling, international education or a closely related field
\nStrong, demonstrable relationships with 25–30+ reputed schools in India
\nDirect relationships with Principals, Heads of School, Founders, Directors, Trustees and/or senior College Counsellors
\nA strong understanding of how premium schools make decisions
\nExperience building institutional partnerships rather than transactional sales relationships
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills
\nAbility to engage confidently with senior school leadership
\nStrong commercial judgement without being overly sales-driven
\nWillingness to travel across India
\nAn entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with building a new function from the ground up
\nExperience with IB, Cambridge and leading Indian curriculum schools would be particularly valuable.
\nExisting relationships with schools in the UAE and/or Singapore would be an added advantage.
\nThe Relationship Test
\nFor this role, the quality of your relationships matters more than the size of your contact database.
\nDuring the selection process, we will want to understand:
\nWhich 25–30 leading schools do you have genuine relationships with today?
\nWho are your relationships with within those institutions?
\nWhich of those school leaders would take your call and be open to a meaningful conversation?
\nWe are looking for relationship capital built through credibility and trust, not simply a list of institutions previously contacted.
\nWhat Success Could Look Like
\nDuring the first 6–12 months, success would mean:
\nEstablishing UniVisory relationships with a focused group of leading schools
\nCreating consistent access to senior school decision-makers
\nBuilding a strong pipeline of institutional conversations
\nConverting selected relationships into meaningful long-term partnerships
\nCreating repeatable partnership models that deliver measurable value to schools, students and parents
\nEstablishing UniVisory as a credible thought partner within the school ecosystem
\nCreating the foundation for future expansion into UAE and Singapore
\nBuilding the roadmap for a larger School Partnerships team as the function scales
\nWhy This Role Is Different
\nYou are not joining an established school-sales team.
\nYou will create the function.
\nYou will have the opportunity to shape UniVisory's school strategy, partnership models, institutional positioning and eventually the team required to scale it.
\nFor someone who has spent years building genuine relationships within the school ecosystem, this is an opportunity to turn that relationship capital into something much larger: a high-quality school partnership platform focused on helping ambitious students access the world's leading universities and opportunities.
\nLocation
\nIndia — Delhi NCR preferred, but open to exceptional candidates based elsewhere
\nThe role will involve regular travel across key school markets in India and, over time, UAE and Singapore.
