Location: Remote / Work From Home – India Experience: 2+ years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives Company: Medini Fertility Care Pvt Ltd Must have 2+ years sales/counselling experience Healthcare experience Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Experience handling warm/inbound leads Comfortable with phone + WhatsApp follow-ups Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills Target/conversion oriented Comfortable handling sales conversations and objections Strongly preferred IVF/infertility experience Fertility clinic experience Women's health experience Patient counselling experience Post-webinar sales experience Experience selling consultations, programs or other high-consideration healthcare services Experience working with webinar/digital marketing leads Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets Experience with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel or lead management systems
