Job Description

startelelogic is an AI-powered Omnichannel Customer Experience (CX) platform helping enterprises transform customer engagement across voice, chat, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

We are looking for experienced Sales and Business Development professionals to join our growing team.

Experience: 2–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-site

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in B2B technology, SaaS, Telecom, AI, CCaaS, CPaaS, Cloud Communications, or Enterprise Software are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
\n
• Prospect through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, events, and partnerships
\n
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and technology partners
\n
• Engage with CXOs and enterprise decision-makers
\n
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
\n
• Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations
\n
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
\n
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
\n
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
\n
• Coordinate with presales, product, technical, and delivery teams
\n
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
\n

Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and business development experience
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
\n
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles
\n
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

• CRM experience is an advantage

• International sales experience is a strong plus

Education

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
