Around 3 years of experience in HRIS or Workday environment.
\nStrong Workday Prism knowledge (At least 1 year or couple of project)
\nReporting experience (2 years ideally, at least 1 year).
\nAdvanced Excel skills.
\nNice to Have: General Workday HCM knowledge. SnapLogic tool exposure.
\nEducation Qualificaiton : Bachelor in Engineering
\nScope & Responsibilities: Support ongoing HR reporting, analytics activities and BAU services within the HRIS team.
\nSupport small enhancements and feature requests.
\nManage BAU incidents and issue resolution.
\nSupport People Analytics initiatives.
\nAssist with reporting and HR data analysis activities.
\nProvide ongoing support for existing HRIS solutions.
\nDaily Tasks include:
\nWorkday Prism support and maintenance.
\nReport development and troubleshooting.
\nIncident management.
\nUser support activities.
\nSmall configuration changes and enhancements
