Job Description

Role: IBM File gateway Administration

Location: Chennai, Pune

Exp: 7-12 yrs

Mode of interview : virtual


Must Have Skills:

  1. Experience on Fortra Global Scape, JAMS and Go anywhere.
  2. Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre.
  3. Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
  4. Experience on Fortra Global Scape and Go anywhere.
  5. Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands.
  6. Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
  7. Open for 24/7 support and on-call support.


Good to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customers.
  • Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
