ROLE AT A GLANCE

• ·      Role: Identity Designer
• ·      Experience: 4–6 years in brand identity design
• ·      Location: Chennai - studio-based, Full-time
• ·      Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000/month fixed + Performance bonus on every completed engagement
• ·      Joining bonus: ₹20,000, paid with your first month's salary
• ·      Joining date: 18 Jan 2027

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• ·      Design logos, marks and complete identity systems
• ·      Write and present design rationale to business leaders
• ·      Produce brand guidelines to institutional standards
• ·      Art-direct rollout work with junior designers and motion collaborators

APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALL OF THESE

• ·      4–6 years of hands-on brand identity work not only campaigns or social media
• ·      At least 3 identity projects where you led or co-led the mark and system
• ·      A strong command of typography and form
• ·      Fluency in Adobe Illustrator and industry-standard tools across the identity process
• ·      The ability to explain your design decisions clearly in writing
• ·      Availability to join on 18 Jan 2027

• ·      Your portfolio is mainly social media posts, campaign creatives or trend-led visuals
• ·      You're looking for remote or freelance work

WHAT WE OFFER

• ·      Fixed salary + Performance bonus

PROCESS AND TIMELINE

1. Portfolio review - as applications arrive, until 18 Oct 2026
2. Paid design test (4–6 hours; an honorarium is given) 20 Oct to 8 Nov 2026
3. Design rationale conversation with the founder: 20 Oct to 8 Nov 2026
4. Offer: by 15 Nov 2026
5. Joining: 18 Jan 2027
