Must have at least 8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Compensation module
The Compensation Analyst will own the technical and operational execution of annual year-end compensation cycle in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. This includes merit, bonus, and equity or long-term incentive processes. You will also provide analytical support for market pricing, pay equity, and compensation governance.
Year-End Compensation Cycle Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of the annual compensation cycle, from planning and design through configuration, launch, monitoring, approvals, and final data load to payroll.
- Build and maintain the cycle project plan and timeline, coordinating with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and HR partners.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation templates, including eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, rating-to-merit matrices, worksheet fields, and routing and approval workflows.
- Load and validate employee data, ratings, budgets, and guidelines before launch, and run pre-launch and post-launch audits.
- Serve as the primary support contact for managers and HRBPs during the cycle, resolving worksheet, eligibility, and process questions.
- Manage cycle close-out, including final reconciliation, data extracts, and integration to Employee Central and Payroll.
Analysis and Reporting
- Model merit, bonus, and promotion budgets and scenarios to support leadership decision-making.
- Produce cycle status, budget-versus-actual, and compa-ratio reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools (Report Center, Story Reports, Advanced Reporting) and Excel.
