Immigration Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise prospective clients on immigration programs, visa options, and eligibility criteria
• ­Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, telecalls, social media, referrals, etc.) and follow up promptly
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration solutions
• Convert leads into clients by providing accurate information and highlighting service benefits
• Maintain client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is updated and accurate
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth flow of the application process
• Stay updated with immigration laws, policy changes, and updates from different embassies/consulates
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the manager
• Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, building trust and long-term relationships
• Participate in marketing activities, events, and seminars to promote services and generate awareness
• Follow ethical practices and maintain compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing or related field)
• 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting/ sales roles
• Strong knowledge of immigration processes, especially for countries like Australia, Canada, Germany, UK and the US
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and conversion rates
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficient in MS office and CRM tools
