Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Informatica Cloud Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in IDMC/IICS administration, Secure Agent management, connectivity, security, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IDMC/IICS users, roles, services, runtime environments, and connections.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Informatica Secure Agents and agent groups.
- Monitor integrations, taskflows, schedules, failures, logs, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, agent, and performance issues.
- Support environment migration, deployment, and release activities.
- Manage access governance, credentials, audit requirements, and operational standards.
- Handle L3 incidents, problem management, change management, and RCA.
- Maintain runbooks, configuration documentation, recovery procedures, and SLA reports.
