About the Role

We’re looking for a hardcore sales hunter who can build a new business pipeline from scratch and sell technology, digital and professional services to international clients.

What You‘ll Do

• Drive pure hunting & new business development
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from scratch
• Prospect international accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels
• Identify and engage CXOs, Founders and senior decision-makers
• Sell technology, digital, design and consulting services
• Own opportunities from prospecting through qualification and closure
• Use Claude, ChatGPT and AI tools for account research, prospect identification, personalised outreach and pipeline generation

What We‘re Looking For

• 3+ years of hardcore B2B hunting / new business sales
• Strong international selling experience
• Experience selling technology / IT / digital / professional services
• Strong tech understanding and ability to speak with technology stakeholders
• Proven track record of building pipeline from zero
• Excellent cold outreach, communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience using Claude + AI tools for sales prospecting and pipeline building
• Strong startup mindset — proactive, target-driven and comfortable with ambiguity

• GCC selling experience
• Enterprise technology / IT services sales
• International B2B service selling
• Experience selling to US, UK, Europe, Middle East or APAC markets
