- Strong knowledge of insurance concepts and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in policy processing, submissions, or underwriting support (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Quick learner with adaptability to process changes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office applications
- Customer service and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
- Qualification: BCOM/BBA/BSC/BA.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Strong understanding of Insurance
- Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts
