Interior Design Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Interior Design Sales Executive to generate leads, understand clients’ interior design requirements, present suitable design solutions, and convert prospects into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with an interest in interior design.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, and walk-ins.
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
• Explain interior design concepts, materials, products, and services to clients.
• Coordinate with interior designers and project teams to develop suitable proposals.
• Prepare and present quotations, estimates, and design proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements -

• 1–5 years of experience in interior design, real estate, furniture, home décor, or related sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good understanding of customer requirements and sales processes.
• Interest or basic knowledge of interior design, materials, and furniture.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
