FRESHER INTERIOR DESIGNER / ARCHITECT

At White Lotus Atelier, we create experiential spaces that go beyond aesthetics — spaces that influence emotion, wellbeing, and the way people experience hospitality and lifestyle environments.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fresher Interior Designer/Architect or 1-2 years of experience, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute creatively within a fast-evolving design studio working across hospitality, luxury residences, cafés, restaurants, wellness, and experiential projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong design curiosity, a willingness to learn, good communication skills, & management skills and basic awareness of evolving AI tools within the design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the design team in concept development and moodboards
\n
• Preparing basic drawings, presentations, and layouts
\n
• Supporting material research and design documentation
\n
• Assisting in site visits, measurements, and coordination
\n
• Helping with presentations, styling references, and visual communication
\n
• Supporting project coordination with vendors and consultants
\n
• Learning and contributing to hospitality and experiential design projects
\n
• Assisting in social media/design content if required
\n
• Exploring and using basic AI tools relevant to architecture and interior design workflows
\n

Software & Skills Preferred:

\n
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
\n
• SketchUp / 3D software knowledge preferred
\n
• Canva / Photoshop presentation skills
\n
• Basic understanding of design detailing and materials
\n
• Awareness of AI tools for design ideation, presentations, visualization, and workflow efficiency
\n
• Good communication and presentation skills
\n
