Interior Designer

Job Description

Location: Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-time, in-person.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Package: ₹3,00,000 per annum (all-inclusive CTC)

This is strictly an in-office position. Freelancing and work-from-home arrangements are not available.

• Create and present detailed 2D and 3D interior designs.
\n
• Visit project sites and take accurate measurements.
\n
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences and budgets.
\n
• Present designs and quotations confidently to clients.
\n
• Handle incoming enquiries and convert potential clients into confirmed bookings.
\n
• Manage leads, follow-ups and updates through the company’s internal systems.
\n
• Accompany clients for material selection and assist them in selecting suitable finishes, colours, laminates, hardware and other materials.
\n
• Coordinate with the internal design, production and execution teams.
\n
• Ensure designs are practical, accurate and aligned with the client’s requirements.
\n
• Provide the necessary site and design updates throughout the project.
\n

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant interior-design experience.
\n
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
\n
• Knowledge of Enscape or similar rendering software is preferred.
\n
• Ability to take accurate site measurements independently.
\n
• Strong design-presentation and client-handling skills.
\n
• Ability to explain designs, materials and quotations clearly.
\n
• Confidence in following up with leads and closing clients.
\n
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes and selection processes.
\n
• Ability to coordinate effectively with design and execution teams.
\n
