\nWhat We're Looking For
\n2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT/Technology Recruitment.
\nExpertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
\nStrong Boolean and X-Ray search skills.
\nExperience hiring across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
\nKnowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
