Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior JDE CNC Expert to manage, architect, and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. This role focuses on platform stability, performance, security, and enterprise-grade operations within a complex landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Administration & Architecture

• Manage end-to-end JDE CNC environments (installations, configurations, deployments)
\n
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture across application, web, and database tiers
\n
• Manage pathcodes, OCM mappings, and environment lifecycle
\n

2. Infrastructure & Performance Management

\n
• Monitor system performance, optimize infrastructure, and ensure high availability
\n
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and health checks
\n
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
\n

3. Release & Change Management

\n
• Execute package builds, ESU/ASU deployments, and tools releases
\n
• Manage upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes
\n
• Control version management and deployment processes
\n

4. Security & Compliance

\n
• Implement and maintain user roles, security policies, and access controls
\n
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and audit readiness
\n
• Monitor and remediate security risks
\n

5. Production Support & Troubleshooting

\n
• Provide L2/L3 support for production issues, root cause analysis, and resolution
\n
• Troubleshoot system, application, and infrastructure issues
\n
• Collaborate with development and functional teams
\n

6. Automation & Continuous Improvement

\n
• Automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency
\n
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive problem management
\n

Key Skills & Competencies

\n
• Strong expertise in JDE CNC Administration & Architecture
\n
• Experience with WebLogic, AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator
\n
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows/Unix environments and databases (Oracle/SQL Server)
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis skills
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
\n
• 8–12+ years of JDE CNC experience
\n
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise JDE environments
\n

Good to Have

\n
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure for JDE hosting)
\n
• DevOps, automation scripting experience
\n
• Exposure to integration platforms (APIs, middleware)
\n
