Assistant Accountant — JustBLR Group (Bangalore, Full-time, In-house)
We're not looking for someone passing through. We want someone who wants to build real depth in one place and stay.
You should be:
- Independent on Tally — day-to-day entries, ledgers, vouchers, no hand-holding
- Solid on accounting fundamentals — journal entries, ledgers, trial balance
- Confident doing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on your own
- Comfortable with vendor/purchase reconciliation and basic GST/TDS handling
- Looking for stability — 2+ years minimum, ideally much longer
