JOB TITLE: Junior Accountant / Finance Executive
LOCATION: Chennai
SHIFT: Night Shift
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Finance Executive with a good understanding of basic accounting principles and numerical skills. The candidate should have knowledge of debit/credit, assets, liabilities, equity, expenses, revenue, and profit calculations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain basic financial and accounting records.
• Assist with financial transactions, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Support preparation and verification of financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and documentation.
KEY SKILLS
• Basic accounting principles and debit/credit concepts.
• Understanding of assets, liabilities, equity, expenses, and revenue.
• Knowledge of profit, margin, percentage, and average calculations.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals can also be considered.
