Position: Junior Executive – MRD
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Medical Records or a relevant field
Location: Noida
• Maintain and organize medical records accurately
• Ensure timely documentation and data entry
• Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support proper filing, record retrieval, and documentation processes
• Good computer and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
