Junior Interior Designer

Objectives of the Job

To support the Project Architect in the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and interior design projects by assisting in design development, preparation of construction drawings, 3D models with renders, site evaluations, and material planning. The role focuses on ensuring alignment between design intent and on-site execution through regular site visits, quality checks, effective coordination with vendors, production, and dispatch teams, and timely management of material requirements to facilitate smooth project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in close coordination with Project Architect, to ensure smooth execution of design processes.
• Assist in preparing design concepts, drafting construction documents, developing plans, 3D models with renders and supporting presentation materials.
• Support the Project Architect in site evaluations, quality checks, design verification, and material/sample selection.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design plans and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate design details effectively and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to manage and monitor manufacturing schedules.
• Plan material requirements, raise indents, and ensure timely release of material orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings
• Plan project and design process timelines, for internal and client use
