The Jobs Jungle is a fast-growing HR-tech company operating two connected businesses: a Staffing & Recruitment Agency and an AI-powered Recruitment Platform. We've built our own ATS and Pre-ATS Studio to help companies hire faster and smarter, and we're now scaling our platform sales team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to sell a product you'll watch grow in real time.

The Role

We're hiring a Junior Sales Executive to sell The Jobs Jungle's recruitment platform (ATS) to mid-scale and Enterprise companies across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pan India. You'll own outbound prospecting, run demos, and help convert interest into signed clients. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and build outbound lists of target companies (200–1000 employee scaleups)
\n
• Run cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified meetings
\n
• Deliver product demos of the ATS to prospective clients
\n
• Manage your pipeline end-to-end — from first touch to closed deal — using our CRM
\n
• Hit weekly/monthly outreach and pipeline targets
\n

Who You Are

\n
• Fresh graduate from a top-tier university
\n
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
\n
• Prior internship in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
\n
• Comfortable with digital sales — LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, video demos
\n
• Naturally persuasive, curious, and not afraid of rejection or cold outreach
\n
• Highly organized — able to manage a pipeline without things slipping through the cracks
\n
• Hungry to learn SaaS sales fundamentals and grow into a closer, not just a prospector
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
\n
