Supports activation metrics, case handling, and ad‑hoc reporting. Must‑Have Skills: SQL (intermediate – run/debug queries) Dashboard maintenance (Hubble/BI tools) Salesforce reporting & troubleshooting Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) QA mindset, debugging, data validation Tools: Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, SQL client, Hubble
