We are looking for an accomplished Academic & Research Leader (CSE) to join Chitkara University in a Senior Leadership Role within Computer Science & Engineering Department. Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering 15–20 years of experience in academics and research Strong track record of teaching, research, publications, and academic leadership Experience in leading academic programs, faculty teams, research initiatives, and institutional development Demonstrated ability to build research culture, industry collaborations and academic partnerships Strong understanding of emerging areas in CSE and the evolving higher-education landscape Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and team-building capabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the CSE academic and research ecosystem Drive excellence in teaching, curriculum development, accreditation, ranking and academic outcomes Strengthen research, innovation, patents, publications, and sponsored projects Mentor and develop faculty and research teams Build collaborations with industry, universities, research organizations, and international institutions Contribute to the institution’s long-term academic and research vision Location: Chitkara University, Rajpura ️ Position: Senior Academic Leadership – CSE Qualification: Ph.D. Experience: 15–20 Years in Academics & Research
