Job Description
Core Focus Areas:
- Agentic Automation: Multi-agent orchestration platforms for manufacturing and business process automation
- Enterprise LLM Integration: RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, and domain-specific fine-tuning
- Manufacturing Automation: Computer vision pipelines, quality control, process monitoring, assembly line digitalization
- Internal Business Automation: Finance, HR, Compliance, Operations workflow optimization
- AI Governance: Establishing frameworks, model evaluation, prompt management at enterprise scale
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in LLMs and generative AI
- Demonstrated multi-agent system deployment experience
- Strong Python proficiency and ML framework expertise
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Computer vision (YOLO, transformers, multimodal LLMs)
- Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 domain knowledge
- Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain)
- Vector databases, MLOps tools
- AI governance and functional safety standards
