Core Focus Areas: Agentic Automation: Multi-agent orchestration platforms for manufacturing and business process automation Enterprise LLM Integration: RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, and domain-specific fine-tuning Manufacturing Automation: Computer vision pipelines, quality control, process monitoring, assembly line digitalization Internal Business Automation: Finance, HR, Compliance, Operations workflow optimization AI Governance: Establishing frameworks, model evaluation, prompt management at enterprise scale Experience Requirements: 8+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in LLMs and generative AI Demonstrated multi-agent system deployment experience Strong Python proficiency and ML framework expertise Nice-to-Have Skills: Computer vision (YOLO, transformers, multimodal LLMs) Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 domain knowledge Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain) Vector databases, MLOps tools AI governance and functional safety standards
