About ISME
ISME is one of Bengaluru’s leading B-Schools, offering BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, PGDM and Ph.D. in Management programmes. The institute is AICTE approved and NBA accredited.
• Deliver engaging and effective teaching for UG (BBA & B.Com) and PG management programmes.
• Develop course content, teaching materials and innovative learning approaches.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic administration and student mentoring.
• Undertake research activities and contribute to research publications.
• Participate in institutional and academic initiatives.
• MBA / Master's degree in Finance, Accounts or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in academics and/or the corporate sector.
• Candidates with prior corporate Finance/Accounts experience will be preferred.
• Ph.D. in Finance, Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Research publications in reputed journals/conferences are desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Finance & Accounting subjects at UG and PG levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
