Salary: ₹20,000 + KPI Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales target achievement and team coordination.
- Assist in product and sales training activities.
- Conduct market visits and support retail/store operations.
- Execute retail branding and marketing activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to management.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in presentations, hosting, and public speaking.
- Leadership mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to engage effectively with teams and retailers.
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and work across Tamil Nadu.
