Role: Management Trainee - Freshers Experience: 0-6 months Location: Hyderabad-Madhapur Shift: Night Shift Work mode: 5 Days office (Monday-Friday) Cab: No Job details Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Fresh graduates with a strong interest in US IT Recruitment process and Digital Platform . Candidates with good academic qualifications and strong communication skills will be preferred. Basic understanding of Recruitment Digital Platform and Social Media Good knowledge of AI Platform for research MS Office / Google Workspace Good research, analytical, and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently as well as in a team Willingness to work in the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM night shift
